Shipping

• Free on orders over $95 within the continental United States.
• $9.50 flat rate below that, however many pieces are in the basket.
• Everything ships within two working days. Iron is heavy, so allow three to six days in transit.
• We do not ship internationally yet. It is on the list.

How it is packed

Moulded paper pulp, cut to each pattern, inside a double-wall corrugated box. No polystyrene, no bubble wrap, no plastic void fill. The whole thing goes in the recycling.

Larger pieces travel with the lid separated and its own pulp cradle, because a 4.2 lb lid rattling against a pot for six hundred miles is how chips happen.

Returns

Sixty days, for any reason or none. The piece needs to be unused and still in the seasoning it arrived in — once it has been cooked in, it is yours, and honestly by then you will not want to send it back.

Email the workshop and we will send a label. Refunds land within five working days of the piece arriving back at the workshop.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box and the piece before you do anything else, then email us. Replacement goes out the same day we see the photographs. We do not ask you to send the damaged one back first.
