The VF-ES150 closes housing lids in a clamping frame and verifies the seal with a pressure-decay leak test in the same fixture. Testing immediately after closing catches sealing problems at the station that caused them, while the part is still easy to rework.
Leak test programs set fill pressure, stabilisation and measurement windows per housing design, with results logged per serial number. The clamping frame spreads closure force through machined pressure pads, and adapter plates change between housing variants with locating pins.
