The VF-ES400 dispenses formed-in-place gasket material along the housing flange with a gantry-mounted head, then presses the lid to the programmed closure force. Bead geometry and press profile live in the same recipe, because a seal is one process, not two.
The dispensing head monitors material flow against the programmed path, flagging gaps as they happen rather than at leak test. Press force applies through a self-levelling platen so closure pressure distributes evenly around the flange.
