The VF-MS220 builds smaller module formats on a rotary indexing table: load position, stacking position and press position rotate under one guarded enclosure. The vertical press unit applies programmed force to seat each layer, and the finished module indexes out at the unload station.
The rotary layout keeps floor space modest while separating operator loading from machine motion. Recipes cover layer sequence, press force and dwell time, and the table plates exchange for different module footprints with location pins and captive fasteners.
