The VF-MS450 stacks prismatic cells into module assemblies with a gantry robot and an alignment fixture on the machine bed. Each cell is picked with a vacuum-and-clamp end effector, placed against precision datums, and the growing stack is held under controlled side pressure so tolerances do not accumulate as the module builds.
Stack recipes define cell count, spacer positions and end-plate handling per module design. The fixture accepts insulation sheets and thermal pads in sequence, so the stack that leaves the machine is the stack the design intended — not a kit of parts.
Guarding, light curtains at load positions and interlocked access are part of the delivered configuration, designed with common safety practices in mind.
