The VF-PA900 is a line station for pack-level assembly: pallets arrive on the roller conveyor, the servo lifting fixture raises modules into the pack housing at controlled speed, and operators or downstream automation complete connections at an ergonomic working height.
The station handles the heavy lifting so people handle the precise work. Lift profiles, pallet types and stop positions are recipe-driven, and the conveyor segment integrates with upstream and downstream stations over standard line signals.
Designed with common safety practices in mind, the delivered configuration includes guarded lift areas, two-hand enable at manual positions and interlocked access gates.
