Overview

The VF-TA120 presses cooling plates onto module assemblies with controlled force and monitored parallelism. Thermal interface material only works at the thickness the design intends, and this station is how that thickness happens consistently.

The alignment fixture locates plate and module on machined datums before the vertical press unit applies the programmed profile: approach speed, press force and dwell. Force and position log per assembly, making gap consistency a recorded fact rather than an assumption.
