The VF-TA300 applies thermal interface material with a robotic dispensing arm following programmed paths over the module carrier. Bead volume tracks path speed, so coverage stays constant through corners and direction changes — the place manual dispensing goes wrong first.
Material feeds from cartridge or pail systems with conditioning appropriate to the chemistry, and the machine monitors dispensed volume per part against recipe limits. Path programs import from CAD geometry, shortening the route from design change to production change.
