The VF-TW60 welds cell tabs and busbar connections inside a fully enclosed cabin with laser-safe viewing glass and integrated fume extraction. A programmable scan head places weld seams to the joint design, and clamping fixtures hold parts at a controlled gap so weld energy goes where the recipe says it should.
Weld programs store per module design, including seam patterns, power ramps and monitoring windows. Process signals are logged per weld, giving traceability from finished module back to individual joints.
The station is designed with common safety practices in mind: door interlocks, enclosure light indicators and extraction interlock are part of the delivered configuration.
