Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the duty, route and environment information supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation. Returnable drums are credited on return in usable condition.
Installation and use
Cable and hardware must be installed by competent persons per the supplied documentation and the installation rules applicable at the site. Stated values are typical values under reference conditions; installed performance varies with routing, grouping and ambient conditions, and quotations do not constitute an installation design or a performance guarantee.
Warranty
