Routine checks on every batch
Every production batch of cable passes routine electrical checks — conductor resistance, insulation resistance and voltage withstand appropriate to the construction — before it is released for winding. The batch record states measured values, not just pass marks.
Materials controlled at the door
Copper rod, insulation compounds and jacketing materials arrive with supplier certificates and pass incoming inspection before entering production. Material lots are traceable into finished batches, so a question about one drum can be answered from records rather than guesswork.
Type documentation
Constructions are engineered with reference to commonly referenced international cable standards, and type documentation for each family — dimensions, materials, test regimes — is available to specifiers on request. Where a project requires particular third-party approvals, we state plainly what documentation exists before you order.
