Brochures are easy to print. This page summarises how Kinetiq equipment earns its specification before the first unit reaches a customer.

Run on real parts

Integration cells run the customer’s actual parts in our test bay — real castings, real cartons, real trays — through full shifts of cycles before acceptance. Cycle times quoted at handover come from these runs, not from simulation alone. Ideas that only work with perfect parts do not ship.

A protocol, not a demonstration

Each product passes a written verification protocol: path repeatability sampling across the work envelope, gearbox temperature profiling over sustained cycles, cable dressing endurance on moving axes, controller I/O verification and an open-issues list that must close before release.

What every unit passes

  • Joint calibration and zero-reference verification on a granite test stand.
  • Sustained cycle run with temperature and vibration logging.
  • Electrical safety checks on cabinets and pendants before crating.
  • Configuration record capturing firmware, parameters and installed options.

Documented and traceable

Every arm, controller and cell leaves with its calibration certificate, test log and serial-numbered configuration record. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the equipment’s working life. Ask for a sample test record with your inquiry.
