What information do you need to recommend a robot?
Three things start every recommendation: the part (weight, size, material and how it arrives), the cycle target per shift, and the floor plan or machine it must serve. Photographs of the current manual station refine the recommendation to a committed specification.
How are payload and reach figures specified?
Specification values are stated as typical figures under rated conditions, because real capability depends on wrist tooling, speed profile and duty cycle. The quotation for a specific application states the committed values for that configuration — those are the numbers we stand behind.
Can collaborative robots really run without fencing?
Sometimes — it depends on the application, not the robot alone. A force-limited arm is designed to support fenceless concepts, but the complete application (part edges, tooling, speeds, workspace layout) determines the outcome of the risk assessment. Our engineers help structure that assessment during cell design.
Will your equipment work with robots we already own?
Often yes. Grippers, vision systems, positioners and fencing integrate with common robot brands through standard mechanical patterns and fieldbus interfaces. Send the robot model and controller generation with the inquiry and compatibility arrives checked, not assumed.
What are typical lead times?
Stock arms and components ship within days of order confirmation; pre-engineered cells typically run some weeks depending on options and test scheduling; fully custom integrations are quoted with a project plan. The order confirmation states the committed date.
What documentation ships with the equipment?
Every delivery includes the operation manual, maintenance schedule, spare parts book, calibration certificate, test log and configuration record. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the equipment’s working life.
