Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the part, cycle and site information supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation.
Installation and use
Equipment must be integrated, operated and maintained by competent persons per the supplied documentation and local regulations. Stated capabilities describe equipment performance under the conditions named in the specification; results in a specific application vary with parts, tooling and operating conditions, and quotations do not constitute a cycle-time or output guarantee. Responsibility for the risk assessment of the complete application rests with the party placing the equipment into service.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per product and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
