The KQ-A12 moves the parts that strain shoulders: castings, filled cartons, machined billets and stacked layers. Thick cast-alloy links keep the arm stiff at full extension, so heavy parts arrive where the program says they should — not where the deflection left them.
The base mounts to floor or riser with a common bolt circle, and the wrist accepts double grippers so one approach can unload and reload a machine in a single visit. Counterbalance assistance on axis two reduces motor load in repetitive lifting patterns and extends gearbox service intervals.
For long machine rows, the KQ-A12 rides the KQ-P7 linear track with a coordinated seventh-axis motion profile.
