Overview

The KQ-G2 closes two machined fingers on command with programmable stroke, speed and grip force, and reports part-present and grip-width back to the controller. That feedback turns a blind pick into a verified one: the robot knows it holds a part, and roughly how wide that part is.

The body machines from a single aluminum billet with hard-anodized guide surfaces, and finger blanks bolt to a standard pattern so application-specific fingertips stay a simple milling job. Electric actuation removes the air lines and valve package a pneumatic gripper drags around the wrist.

An ISO-pattern mounting plate fits Kinetiq arms directly and most other brands through an adapter.
