Overview

The KQ-V3 finds parts so fixtures do not have to. Mounted over a pick area or on the arm itself, it locates part position and rotation in the robot’s coordinate frame and streams the corrected pick point to the controller — no hard tooling, no manual re-alignment when a tray shifts.

Setup runs through a browser-based wizard: calibrate to the robot frame with the supplied target plate, teach a part in a few sample images, and map the result to a program variable. Integrated ring lighting handles most bench conditions, with an external strobe output for demanding surfaces.

Presence, orientation and simple measurement checks run in the same job, so one camera guides the pick and verifies the part on the way past.
