The workshop is a working building, not a showroom. Come and see it — but ring first, because if we are spraying finish, the doors stay shut.

Visiting

Workshop visits are by appointment, Tuesday to Saturday. Everything currently finished is ready to play and you are welcome to try all of it. Allow two hours; nobody has ever managed it in one.

If you are travelling to reach us, let us know when you are coming and we will make sure someone is here to welcome you.

Repairs

We take in repairs on our own instruments always, and on other makers’ instruments when the schedule allows. Send photographs first: problems that sound similar in a description often look completely different in a picture.
