Description
Cold brew asks for nothing but time, and this carafe makes the waiting tidy. Load the fine-mesh steel core with coarse grounds, fill with cold water, and park it in the fridge overnight – the amber glass shields the brew from light the whole while.
Lift the core out in the morning and the carafe goes straight to the table; the cork stopper keeps the concentrate fresh for a week. Makes about six servings of concentrate per batch.
