Description
The French press earns its place by making rich, full-bodied coffee with no technique at all – ours simply removes the gritty last sip. A twin-screen plunger catches fines a single mesh lets through, and the pour spout adds a third screen for good measure.
The borosilicate beaker lifts out of the brushed brass frame for cleaning, and the walnut knob and handle keep the whole piece warm to the touch and to the eye. Four minutes, plunge, pour: that is the entire recipe.
