Description
Every cupboard has one mug that gets reached for first. This is a deliberate attempt to build it: 350 ml, a thick wall that holds warmth through a long email, a handle that fits three fingers properly, and a speckled glaze that hides the tannin ring between washes.
Thrown from iron-rich stoneware and fired hot, it shrugs off chips and dishwashers alike. The speckle pattern is in the clay, not on it – it cannot wear off.
