Where feed is too heavy, too lumpy or too hot for a vibrating trough, the RS-AF25 takes over: a crawler-style chain of overlapping manganese pans that drags material out from under a loaded hopper at a precisely controlled rate.
The chain and rollers are sealed-for-life track components proven in earthmoving service, and the head shaft drives through a shaft-mounted reducer with a hydraulic coupling that soaks up start-up shock. Pan speed follows the downstream crusher draw automatically when wired to the plant control loop.
A dribble conveyor beneath the return strand catches carry-back and returns it to the flow instead of burying the feeder pit.
