The RS-GF40 stands between the loader and the primary crusher, doing two jobs at once: it meters truck-dumped rock into a steady feed rate, and its stepped grizzly section scalps out fines and undersize before they waste crusher capacity.
The trough is lined with bolt-in abrasion-resistant plate, and the grizzly bars taper so material either passes early or rides through — nothing wedges. Twin vibrator motors need no belts or shafts, and feed rate trims from the plant control room via a frequency drive.
Support springs sit on load-monitored bases as an option, giving the control room a live signal of hopper level without a separate sensor.
