The RS-BW60 washes clay, silt and dust out of sand and lifts the clean product clear of the water in one slow-turning motion. The perforated buckets drain as they rise, so sand leaves the wheel dewatered enough for a stacker rather than a slurry pump.
The wheel runs at low speed on a single sealed bearing set, drawing modest power and shrugging off the abrasive duty that wears out high-speed alternatives. Overflow weirs adjust to hold the fines cut where the specification needs it.
Paired with an RS screen ahead of it, the washer completes a compact sand line with one water circuit.
