When the raw feed carries real clay — not dust, but sticky lump clay — the RS-SW45 does the scrubbing a bucket wheel cannot. Twin counter-rotating screws knead and shear the material against itself along an inclined tub, breaking down contamination while conveying sand up to the dewatered discharge.
Screw flights carry bolt-on wear shoes in abrasion-resistant alloy, replaced individually as the wear pattern develops. Drive is by twin shaft-mounted reducers with a shared electrical interlock.
