The RS-FC35 throws a fine water fog across the places dust actually escapes — truck tips, stockpile crests, crusher discharge — and drops it before it leaves the site boundary. Droplet size is matched to airborne dust so particles agglomerate and settle instead of riding the wind.
The barrel oscillates through an adjustable arc and elevates hydraulically, covering a wide area from one standpipe connection. Water demand is a fraction of what open sprays consume for the same suppression, which matters on sites where every cubic metre is metered.
Mounting options cover a towable trailer, a skid, and a fixed pedestal with remote start from the plant control room.
