The RS-I130 crushes by impact rather than compression: a heavy rotor with reversible blow bars throws feed against adjustable apron plates, producing a well-graded, cubical product in a single stage where the rock allows it. Limestone plants and recycling yards are its natural home.
Both apron gaps adjust hydraulically from outside the housing, and the housing itself opens hydraulically for safe access to blow bars and liners. Blow bars come in several metallurgies so the wear package can follow the feed — from clean quarried stone to demolition concrete with rebar.
A third apron can be fitted for tighter top-size control when the impactor runs as the only crusher on site.
