The RS-V90 is the shape specialist at the end of the circuit. Rock accelerates through a rotor and breaks against a bed of its own material — rock-on-rock crushing that rounds particles and boosts the sand fraction without excessive fines.
Cascade feed ports blend part of the feed around the rotor to trim power draw and fine-tune the product curve. The rotor tips are tungsten-carbide and swap as cartridges; a full tip change is a routine between shifts, not an outage.
For plants chasing concrete-sand specification from crusher dust, the RS-V90 closes the loop with a screen and an air classifier.
