The RS-J110 is the machine at the head of the circuit: a single-toggle jaw crusher with a deep crushing chamber, heavy flywheels and a welded, stress-relieved frame. It takes blasted rock straight off the grizzly and turns it into a conveyable product that the rest of the plant can work with.
The pitman and toggle geometry pull feed downward on every stroke, which keeps the chamber biting instead of bridging on slabby feed. Closed-side setting adjusts hydraulically between shifts, and jaw dies reverse end-for-end to spread wear across both profiles before replacement.
Frame sections are sized for the fatigue life a primary station demands, and all daily grease points route to one accessible bank on the drive side.
