The RS-J75 packages a mid-size jaw crusher, drive and guarding on a bolt-down steel skid, so a satellite pit or contract site gets a primary station without civil works beyond a level pad. Lifting points and fork pockets are part of the skid, not an afterthought.
The crusher itself shares wear parts with the rest of the RS-J family — the same die profiles, the same toggle seats — which keeps one spares shelf serving several machines. Belt drive is fully guarded with quick-release panels for inspection.
A vibrating pan feeder with a stepped grizzly section can be supplied on the same skid to scalp fines ahead of the chamber.
