ThermaVent Systems makes commercial climate plant at Fairhaven: rooftop units, chillers, heat pumps, air handling, fan coils, terminals, air quality and the controls that sequence them. The fin press, the sheet-metal cells, the refrigerant benches and the psychrometric room are all in the same building, roughly two hundred metres apart end to end.
What we believe
A machine that is rated with clean filters and a friendly ambient will disappoint someone in August. We rate at the conditions the building will actually give it — loaded F7 bank, 43 °C on the condenser, the design external static — and we hand over the measurement rather than the claim.

How we are organised
- Selection desk: zone loads, flow and return temperatures, glycol and the space the plant has to fit, all reviewed before a coil is picked.
- Fin press and sheet metal: coil blocks wound and expanded in house, casings folded and double-skinned in the next cell along.
- Psychrometric room: capacity, external static, power and sound measured at your rating conditions and logged against the serial number.
- After the crate: start-up support, defrost trends read back through the first cold snap, spares held by serial.
