Calibrated rigs, scheduled checks
Our test cells work against calibrated reference instruments — airflow chambers, water-side flow rigs, acoustic rooms and electrical safety analysers — each on a scheduled verification cycle with an unbroken chain back to national standards.
Type tests behind every design
New platforms pass thermal endurance, vibration, condensate management and casing tightness sequences before release. Production then guards the design with pressure-decay leak tests and end-of-line run tests on every unit.
What every unit passes
- Full refrigerant-circuit or hydraulic run test at rated conditions.
- Pressure-decay leak test with logged hold times.
- Insulation and ground-continuity checks at rated voltage.
- Protection, interlock and sensor function checks.

Each serial number ships with its factory test record. Commissioning checklists and seasonal inspection templates are available through the service team — request them with an inquiry.
