What information do you need to size a system?
Three things start every recommendation: the building or zone dimensions, the occupancy and equipment loads, and the goal — comfort cooling, heating-led operation, ventilation upgrade or full plant replacement. Component choices refine from there.
Do you sell to contractors, consultants or building owners?
We supply mechanical contractors and design-build partners first, and support owners through them. If you do not have a contractor yet, send the inquiry anyway — we will connect you with a partner working in your region.
How do units and controls get matched?
Every quote pairs the equipment with a control strategy — staging, resets and schedules — checked by the same engineer who sized the units. Systems arrive speaking the same protocol, so commissioning wires points instead of translating them.
Can capacity be added later?
Often, yes. Modular heat pump banks extend by adding modules, VAV systems take new terminals on existing risers, and rooftop curbs are dimensioned so the next size up lands on the same opening. We flag the growth path on the first quote.
What are typical lead times?
Fan coils, terminals, diffusers and controls usually ship from stock or within 2–3 weeks. Rooftop units, ERVs and chillers typically run 4–8 weeks depending on configuration; the quote states the committed date.
What documentation ships with the equipment?
Every unit ships with its factory test record, installation manual and declaration of conformity. Historical records stay retrievable by serial number for the warranty period and beyond.
