The TV-T10 gives each zone one clear point of control: setpoint, mode and fan on a dark glass touch panel that wakes on approach and sleeps to a blank face. Occupants get the adjustments they need; the deeper commissioning menu stays behind a service code.
It speaks Modbus out of the box, drives fan coils and VAV terminals directly, and its terminal block is deliberately oversized for real installer fingers. Setpoint limits and schedules push from the head-end, so one office cannot vote against the whole floor.
