Bench hours

Please email before visiting. If we are wet-forming or dyeing, the door is usually shut and the telephone goes unanswered.

Commissions

Bespoke slots open twice a year, in February and August. Send us the dimensions of the things you actually carry — a notebook, a camera body, a specific pair of pliers — and we will draft a pattern around them. Commissions start at around $450 and take six to ten weeks.

Write to commissions@example.com with measurements and, if you have one, a photograph of the bag you currently use and dislike. Knowing what annoys you is more useful than knowing what you admire.

Repairs

Email repairs@example.com with a photograph and roughly when the piece was made. We will quote before you post anything. Repairs are charged at the cost of materials; we do not bill for bench time on our own work.

Wholesale and press

We supply a small number of stockists. Email trade@example.com. Please note that we cannot take on accounts requiring more than forty units a year — there are only two of us.
