Everything is tracked and insured for its full value. International customers are responsible for any duty or import tax; we declare the true value on the customs form, because we are not going to lie on your behalf.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason or none. The piece needs to be unworn and unmarked — veg-tan starts recording use immediately, so if it has been carried for a week we will see it and will have to treat it as a used return.
Email hello@example.com for a return address. Postage back to us is yours unless the piece was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Bespoke and monogrammed pieces
Not returnable, for obvious reasons. We send photographs at the pattern stage and again before finishing, so there should be no surprises.
Faults
If a seam fails, a rivet pulls, or hardware breaks, tell us at any age of the piece. Manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free. Ordinary wear is repaired at the cost of materials. The distinction is almost always obvious and we tend to err in your favour.
What we do not cover
Heat damage, solvent damage, dye transfer from wet denim, and anything a dog has been left alone with. All four are common; none are faults.
