The PL-B660 folds printed sheets into signatures, leaflets and letter folds through four buckle plates and a cross-fold knife station. Plate stops set on calibrated scales, so standard folds return to dimension without trial folding a ream first.
The round-pile feeder meters sheets with an air-and-vacuum head that copes with stocks from lightweight text to cover board. Roller pressures adjust per shaft with indexed knobs — settings are numbers that can be written on the job ticket, not feel that leaves with the operator.
