The PL-C1060 die-cuts, creases and strips printed board in one pass, feeding from a non-stop pile and delivering blanks ready for folding and gluing. The heavy welded frame and one-piece platen keep cutting pressure even across the full sheet, which is what keeps nicks small and edges clean.
Die chases roll in on rails and lock against fixed reference points, so repeat jobs return to position without re-patching from scratch. The stripping section uses pin-and-blade tooling that a bench operator can set with the supplied gauges.
Safety interlocks cover feeder, main drive and delivery separately, keeping jam clearance quick without dropping the whole machine out of sequence.
