The PL-C420 cuts label shapes and flexible-packaging blanks from a moving web between an engraved cylinder and a hardened anvil. As a module it slots into PressLane flexo lines or runs standalone with its own unwind and rewind for offline converting.
Magnetic cylinders accept flexible dies, so shape changes cost a die sheet rather than a solid tool. Anvil clearance adjusts on calibrated eccentrics with a dial indicator port — liner strike-through and premature die wear both trace back to this one setting, and the machine makes it measurable.
