The PL-D3600 carries print heads on a precision gantry over a vacuum transport bed, printing posters, display graphics and packaging mock-ups on board and flexible media. UV-curing ink leaves the sheet dry at the delivery end, ready for cutting the same shift.
Media changes are a matter of resetting the vacuum zones and head height; both adjust from the panel with stored presets per material. The ink system circulates continuously to keep heads healthy through idle periods, and capping is automatic at shutdown.
