The PL-E1150 cuts piles of printed stock to final size with a hydraulically driven blade and a programmable backgauge. Cut programs store per job, stepping the gauge through the sequence automatically so repeat work runs from the library, not from a taped-up note.
The air-float table moves heavy reams without wrestling, and the clamp applies programmed pressure to protect soft stocks from marking. Blade changes use a captive-bolt carrier and a covered hand slot — the blade edge stays behind steel from crate to machine.
Optional side tables and a jogger build the cutter into a complete trimming station.
