The PL-R210 kit collects the pressroom consumables a press actually wears through: compressible blankets cut and barred for the model, calibrated packing sheets, cylinder jackets and the gripper hardware that goes missing one piece at a time. Everything is matched to the press serial number at order.
Blankets ship pre-barred and torque-marked, so a change holds gauge from the first sheet. The packing set includes a measured assortment rather than one thickness — pressroom reality is that packing is a tuning instrument, and the kit treats it that way.
