The PL-R360 set supplies the rotating consumables of the print unit: rubber ink and dampening rollers ground to specified durometer and crown, and ceramic anilox sleeves engraved to the cell count the job mix calls for. Each part ships with its measurement certificate.
Rollers arrive with journals fitted and protective wrap that peels at the machine, not in the store room. Anilox sleeves include volume readings taken after engraving — the number that actually predicts ink film, recorded before the sleeve ever meets ink.
