Swage Stud and Eye Terminal Set
Bore tolerance and shank length are held for rotary swaging rather than hydraulic pressing, which produces a longer, more even grip on the wire and a far better fatigue result.
- Bore held to +0.05 mm so the swage grips evenly along the full shank length.
- Solution annealed before machining, which keeps the terminal ductile through the swage.
- Shank length matched to a three-pass rotary swage schedule, supplied with the terminals.
- Dye penetrant inspection available on request for survey work.

Product Details
Supplied to riggers who swage in-house, and to yards ordering complete made-up rigging. If you are ordering wire and terminals together we will swage, measure and tag each stay to your rig dimensions.
A swage terminal is only as good as the machine that formed it. We publish the pass schedule and die sizes for our terminals and will not warrant a terminal formed outside that schedule.
