The FL-CS420 applies coating colour with an applicator roll and meters it with a rigid blade beam, holding coat weight to the target profile across the full width. The blade beam pivots on machined journals with a micrometer loading adjustment at each end and a profile screw bank between.
Colour circulation is closed-loop: supply, overflow and return headers keep fresh colour at the applicator with stable solids, and the pan drains fully for washup. Guards open on gas struts to give clear access to the blade and roll surfaces during changeovers.
The station installs as an on-machine unit between dryer groups or as part of an off-machine coater, with web run geometry engineered to the host machine.
