The FL-CV900 sits between the sheet store and a converting line, separating sheets from the pile and feeding them gap-controlled into the downstream machine. Suction-head separation with air blast handles coated and uncoated stock without marking, and double-sheet detection stops a doubled feed before it reaches the line.
Pile lift and side joggers keep the stack presented square as it empties; a non-stop rack lets a new pallet load while the last sheets of the old pile still feed. Feed timing synchronises to the host machine by encoder, holding the gap constant through speed changes.
Format changes store as recipes: pile position, air settings and timing recall together. Guides adjust on scales, so a stored format returns without trial sheets.
