The FL-FS1400 unwinds one or two rolls, slits to width and cross-cuts with a synchronised rotary knife, delivering folio sheets square to within tight tolerance. The double-rotary knife geometry cuts cleanly across the full speed range, so sheet length holds whether the machine is crawling or at full production.
Overlapping delivery slows each sheet on vacuum tapes before it reaches the stacker, laying sheets down without corner damage. The stacker builds full-height piles on pallets with automatic ream marking by inserted strips.
Knife changes happen outside the machine on a spare beam, swapped in as a unit. Trim is extracted at the slitters and chopped inline for the broke system.
