Overview

The FL-DP1200 pulps recovered paper continuously in a slowly rotating drum, using drop-and-soak action instead of rotor shear. Fibres separate gently while staples, films and laminates stay coarse enough for the screen section of the drum to reject them cleanly — less downstream cleaning, better yield.

The drum runs on machined support rings and friction-driven trunnion wheels, so there is no girth gear to align or lubricate. Lifting bars inside the pulping zone are bolted segments, replaceable individually during a planned stop.

Feed is by inclined conveyor with metal detection ahead of the drum. The dilution headers in the screening zone adjust from the walkway, letting operators tune consistency without stopping the line.
