The FL-HP60 slushes market pulp bales, dry broke and recovered paper into a uniform suspension ready for stock preparation. A bottom-mounted helical rotor drives a strong vertical circulation inside the stainless vat, wetting bales quickly and breaking flakes down without cutting fibre short.
The extraction plate below the rotor passes accepted stock while holding back wires, plastics and heavy contaminants for the ragger and junk trap. Rotor clearance adjusts externally with feeler-gauge access, so pulping efficiency stays consistent as the flight faces wear.
The vat ships in bolt-together segments sized for standard containers, and the drive package mounts on a common baseplate with alignment already set. Continuous and batch operating modes are both supported by the same control cabinet.
