The FL-FF320 range covers forming fabrics from two-layer workhorse weaves to fine triple-layer designs for demanding printing grades. Each fabric is woven, heat-set and seamed to the machine’s exact length and width, and shipped rolled on a core with protective wrap for storage.
Fabric selection starts from the drainage plan: mesh, caliper and void volume are proposed against the grades, speeds and vacuum levels the position actually runs. Seam type and guide-edge treatment follow machine geometry, including tight-transfer positions.
Every fabric carries a woven-in identification code linked to its production record. Wear tracking sheets are included, so fabric life can be compared position by position across changes.
